We don't advise on medication
Some of our content is written for people taking GLP-1 medications. Dyadfit does not prescribe, dose or give advice about any medication.

Protein calculator results
The protein calculator gives general ranges based on published research and the details you enter. It cannot account for your full health history, medications or medical conditions. Use the result as a starting point for a conversation with your doctor or dietitian.
Check with your clinician first
Dyadfit is not suitable for some people unless their clinician agrees it is appropriate. Please don't use our guidance on your own if you:
- Are under 18
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have kidney disease or liver disease
- Have a history of an eating disorder
If you have any other medical condition, or you're unsure, check with your doctor before following our nutrition or training suggestions.
Stop and get help if something feels wrong
Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness or fainting, or any pain that worries you.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department right away. Don't wait for a reply from us or rely on anything on this site.
