What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as localStorage, work in much the same way. Sites use them to remember settings or to measure how pages are used.

Your consent choice
The dyadfit-consent entry stores only your choice. It contains no personal details, and it stays in your browser until you clear your browser storage or change your choice.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and how people find the site. Google sets these cookies, and they last for as long as Google's settings allow. You can read more in Google's own privacy information.
We never send names, email addresses, form answers or health information to Google Analytics. The protein calculator only records an anonymous "calculator used" event, without any of the details you enter, and only if you accepted analytics.
How consent works on this site
We use Google Consent Mode v2. For every visitor, analytics storage is turned off by default.
- Before you choose, or if you decline: no Google Analytics cookies are set. Google may receive basic pings that don't use cookies or identifiers.
- If you click "Accept": Google Analytics cookies are set and analytics works normally.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time:
- Click Cookie settings in the footer of any page.
- Choose to accept or decline analytics.
If you withdraw consent, we stop setting analytics cookies. To remove cookies already saved, clear them in your browser settings.
You can also block or delete cookies using your browser. Blocking all storage means the site can't remember your choice, so you may see the banner again.
